Terms of service

  1. I'm allowed to turn down your commission for any reason.

  2. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my T.O.S

  3. Prizes are in EUR. Payment is over Paypal.

  4. For my own safety, payment must be upfront.

  5. I only do refunds, if I haven not yet started working on the commission.

  6. My commissions are for personal use only! Please let me know if you plan to use them for commercial use, so we can discuss additional charges.

  7. Rude/disrespectful clients will get blocked.

  8. Do not use my art for NFTs or AI.

  9. If you break any of these rules it will result in a blacklist+block.

Changes

  1. You can only request free changes in the sketch and lineart stages. Changes in the coloring and shading stages that are not about the colours or shading cost extra.

  2. Do not do big edits on my art in any circumstances. If you want any edits, let me do it for you. But if its something that makes me uncomfortable (like hate speech), its an instant blacklist+block.

Credit

Please credit me if you upload the art to toyhou.se or social media. I might also ask you if I can post it on my socials.

Progress and Communication

Please contact me via Discord under corvus_monedula. (With the period at the end).Send me your reference sheet/image and details of the commission. I'll reply to you and start working on the commission after payment. I will send you WIPs of the sketch, lineart and colouring/shading stages and you can approve them or ask for changes. I'll send you the finished drawing on Discord or via Google Drive.

For commissioning

  1. I will need a reference sheet of your character/s, preferably unshaded and with a front/side/back view. Or photos with good lighting if it's a physical object.

  2. Details about the commission, like pose, facial expression or if I have creative freedom over it.

  3. Design notes, any important details I should keep in mind.

  4. If you don't want to recieve work in progress images let me know.
